Ois

The Mühltalhof is a marvellous combination of traditional and modern. Not only do they have appealing guestrooms but also, most importantly, great food! Boasting a modern interior design characterised by chic black furnishings and fittings, Ois has just five tables. A 12-course set menu is prepared in kitchens that can be glimpsed through the open sliding door. Owner and chef Philip Rachinger has a style of his own, which is characterised by intense and skilfully combined flavours, not least in ‘Lake trout BBQ, chanterelles, yolk and lettuce’. The excellent service team includes a fantastic sommelier: charming, relaxed and professional Daniel Schicker recommends very interesting wine pairings. Alternatively, the second restaurant serves a four-course carte-blanche menu.
