Sebastian Leutgeb is a young chef who masterfully blends Austrian and French influences in his creative cuisine. Your friendly hostess and sommelier Miriam Grädler provides impeccable service. A six- to eight-course set menu is served, with dishes along the lines of "char, young turnips, saffron" and "Miéral pigeon in two servings". The name of the restaurant is a tribute to the chef's grandmother, Paula. Tip: In the summer season, on Wednesdays and Saturdays, local musicians put on a small concert in the village, which is well worth experiencing – you can also see and hear everything from the comfort of the restaurant.
