An eye-catching open kitchen and counter dominate the interior, offering an intriguing insight into the chef’s virtuosity. His personal take on classical recipes, with a weakness for fish and shellfish, is founded on consummate talent. Knockout sauces, knife-edged precision and an eclectic slant set the fascinating scene between the city and the North Sea. Start with warm brioche piled high in ham shank, lobster, truffle and parmesan in a tribute to Misera’s father and one of the house signature dishes. Next you may taste scallops cooked in butter, white pudding, eel from the Eastern Scheldt, snails and a knockout parsley sauce that also bears the chef’s distinctive hallmark.
