In that regard, nothing has changed to this day, insofar as this characterful property is run by the Brogsitter family, who can look back on a long tradition of winemaking. Whether you dine in the chic and elegant interior with its high, open gabled ceiling and spectacular Murano chandelier, or on the beautiful terrace in summer, the adept service is unflappable and friendly. Pick from dishes such as "turbot, kohlrabi, hazelnut, caviar" and "Limousin lamb, salsa verde, wasabi, yoghurt" either à la carte or as part of a four to six-course set menu. To go with the food, an extensive wine list encompasses a good selection of wines by the glass, including from the estate's own vineyard. On Saturdays and Sundays, there is a three- or four-course "Gourmet Lunch".
