Taking over the family business from his parents was definitely the right decision! Since 2007, chef Hans Häge has been running the kitchens of this establishment steeped in tradition. He uses select ingredients to produce modern seasonal cuisine. In the evenings, there is a choice of set menus: "Fish Menu", "Badwirt's Menu" and "Menu by Hans Häge". The reasonably priced "Business Lunch" deal is popular on account of its wallet-friendly "Premium" or "Easy" set menus. À la carte dishes include classics such as Zwiebelrostbraten (roast beef with onions). Every other Sunday, there is a different lunch format with three set menu variants. Diners sit at modern bare wood tables and enjoy great food in a fun and laid-back atmosphere. To the rear you can see the Löffelbrunnen, a spring whose source is right beneath the house. Named after the baths that once stood here, Gasthof zum Bad hotel has comfortable guestrooms.
