With a name like 360°, who isn't expecting a great view? The highlight of this sleek, modern restaurant on the third floor has got to be the roof terrace! But you can also enjoy the views over the city from the inside thanks to the large windows. Alternatively, you can watch Alexander Hohlwein and his team at work in the open kitchen as they prepare their creative set menu in the evening ("Weltreise"). Over four to eight courses, harmoniously balanced flavours are presented – such as exquisite Helgoland lobster with tomato, passion fruit and ponzu, or perfectly roasted Challans duck with coffee, hot banana sauce and parsley root. Heading up the front-of-house team is Rebekka Weickert, your cordial hostess who also offers expert wine recommendations – the selection of German labels is particularly noteworthy. A shorter set menu is served at lunchtime. A beehive on the terrace supplies the restaurant with honey. Note: The restaurant entrance is to the left of the main entrance of the WERKStadt shopping centre, with convenient parking available.
