You will be treated to pleasingly stripped-down classic cuisine that takes inspiration in modern, creative trends. Dishes such as scallop with tomato, carrot, passion fruit and asparagus, or saddle of venison with crispbread, Jerusalem artichoke, broccoli, mushrooms and pickled damson are crafted from carefully selected, top-notch ingredients. Only a seasonal surprise menu is served here – no à la carte. The striking glass-fronted wine cooler houses an impressive selection of bottles.
