Il Patio

After more than thirty years of business at its historic premises in Pollone, the Vineis family’s restaurant has moved to the centre of Biella, inside the so-called ‘Palazzone’, in completely refurbished premises that once housed private clubs. The project is currently being developed along two distinct but complementary paths. On the one hand, there is Il Patio, the restaurant’s most contemporary venue, where Simone Vineis – supported by his father Sergio’s expertise and presence – offers a men
