La Trattoria Enrico Bartolini

In 2025, the Maremma restaurant by Bartolini has a new resident chef, Aniello Siano. The atmosphere remains unchanged. After traveling down a picturesque avenue lined with cypresses, maritime pines, and vineyards, you arrive at the L’Andana resort, where the restaurant is located. Two tasting menus are offered (with dishes also available à la carte): the longer one focuses on seafood, with extensive use of the grill, while the shorter menu blends Sanio's Campanian experiences with Bartolini's cuisine. The wine selection, expertly stored in the cellar, is as excellent as ever.
