In the kitchen, Abbattista offers two paths that tell his vision: excellent ingredients and modern techniques merge into delicious and surprising dishes. Among the must-tries, the tomato water risotto with parsley oil and mantis shrimp cream, or the whitefish, elegantly served on black lentils and turmeric. To end beautifully, the hazelnut soufflé is an indulgence not to be missed. The wine list is essential but carefully curated, with some natural and organic options.
