Situated within the exclusive Baglioni Resort to the north of San Teodoro, this restaurant carries the name of Claudio Sadler who, together with resident chef Andrea Besana, creates Mediterranean-style cuisine that alternates between classic dishes such as lobster salad with sweet and sour vegetables, yellow cherry tomato gazpacho, and sautéed shellfish, and more modern options such the delicious rosehip and raspberry jelly dessert with rhubarb, basil gel and fior di latte ice-cream. There’s also a vegetarian tasting menu. Last but not least, meals are served overlooking a beautiful garden and swimming pool to add a real holiday feel to the dining experience.
