With only twelve seats, this intimate dining room inside the Majestic Palace Hotel is adorned with a vegetal‑themed mural that sets the stage for the romantic views from the windows: one of the coast’s most beautiful gardens, with citrus and olive trees – including a thousand‑year‑old specimen – and the vegetable patch that supplies some of the vegetables served in the dishes. Chef Mario Affinita offers four tasting menus (with an à la carte option as well), inspired both by the Campania region and by his international experiences. The result is a cuisine that is elaborate, technical, and precise, perfectly in tune with the refined elegance of its setting.
