Here, Andrea Alciati and Monica Magnini perpetuate the legendary story started by Andrea's parents Guido and Lidia. Chef Fabio Sgrò, from Cuneo, demonstrates his professional skill to the full on his updated menu while continuing to respect the restaurant’s family traditions, including freshwater fish and several off-the-menu dishes.
