In the summertime, the splendid terrace captures your heart even before tasting the cuisine of Massimo Mantarro, present since before the lengthy closure for the complete renovation of the San Domenico Palace hotel that hosts it. His cuisine remains generous in flavors and colors, with combinations that allow an ideal journey throughout the island: from the sea to the mountains, up to the volcano. Great attention is given to seasonal products, with fruits and vegetables taking center stage, constituting a significant part of the ingredients used in his imaginative dishes.
