This restaurant tells the story of Chef Cannavacciuolo, who wanted to create a special place to reconnect with childhood memories – here his grandfather was a caretaker – and that sense of hospitality that has always distinguished him. The philosophy of his cuisine, skillfully interpreted by resident chef Nicola Somma, celebrates the area by combining ingredients from his native land and his adopted home, in a journey across Italy from North to South.
