His culinary approach is rooted in Serbian traditions and ingredients, which he reimagines with a modern twist, drawing inspiration from French and Italian cuisines. Guests can choose from a variety of tasting menus: a five-course fish menu, a five-course meat menu, a more elaborate eight-course menu combining both, a special lobster option, and a small à la carte selection. In a unique touch, the chefs themselves present the dishes at the table, creating a direct connection between the kitchen and the guest.
