The restaurant is situated within the Atelje Vina Šapat winery and is surrounded by 12 hectares of vines. Talented chef Nikola Stojaković brilliantly merges the refined techniques he honed in some of France’s top restaurants with the finest Serbian ingredients, including local meats and freshwater fish. His creativity shines through in a distinctive approach: each savoury dish is presented in three successive variations, each one a unique interpretation of the same main ingredient.
