In this surprising restaurant, located in a somewhat disruptive chalet-style with a large garden surrounded by farmland, you will find contemporary urban interior design and a menu that exudes personality, as it moves away from Asturian flavours to reveal a fusion cuisine built around Indian, Mexican and Southeast Asian flavours. The dishes, which are balanced, elegant and based on domestic produce, are presented in three tasting menus (Corto, Diego and Hedonista) that reveal the chef's mastery of both the tandoori oven and the preparation of different curries and homemade moles. A standout dish? His lobster marinated in fenugreek oil, red prawn curry and green mango, pickled vegetables, and agripicante (spicy and sour) balchão with tandoor naan bread.
